There are a number of ways  in which you can apply your time and skills to spreading the word about animal rights. We depend a great deal on our volunteers and appreciate their patience and hard work. In turn, you expand your knowledge, experience the inner workings of a grassroots movement, and gain the satisfaction of working to alleviate animal suffering. You can help in the following ways:

• grassroots outreach activities like demonstrations, giving presentations to schools, tabling events, gathering petition signatures, and meeting with elected officials.
• write editorials, articles, and letters to the editor
• distribute educational materials at your school or workplace
• conduct library and on-line research
• attend our events eg. lectures, demonstrations, meetings
• office work such as preparing mailings, creating props for demonstrations, computer inputting and work on special projects
